The Company will quote a pick-up fee based on the inventory list provided for collection. In case of any change in the equipment inventory after the quote has been approved, the Company reserves the right to revise the quote based on the actual inventory available for collection. By accepting these Terms, the customer agrees to accept the revised quote.
3.4. Data Destruction
We offer data destruction services to ensure the secure erasure of data from recycled equipment. The cost of data destruction is charged based on the type of service.
User Responsibilities
4.1. Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our Services and to promptly update such information as necessary.
4.2. Compliance with Laws

Fees and Payment
5.1. Free Pick-Up
Complimentary pick-up is available when the inventory has sufficient volume and fair market value to offset the cost of collection. For low-volume inventory or e-waste, service fees will apply as outlined in Clause 5.2.
5.2. Service Fees
Fees for our Services will be based on the actual pick-up inventory. The Company will quote a pick-up fee based on the inventory list provided. In case of any change in inventory after approval, the Company reserves the right to revise the quote accordingly. By accepting these Terms, the customer agrees to accept the revised quote.
Intellectual Property
6.1. Ownership
All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Express Communication or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
